This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders placed on store.arrab-ai.com.
1. Cancellation Before Payment
Customers may cancel an order before completing payment without any charge.
2. Cancellation After Payment and Before Shipping
Customers may request cancellation after payment by contacting info@arrab-ai.com or +962795266356 as soon as possible.
If the order has not been shipped, handed to delivery, customized, reserved with a supplier, or processed as a special order, we may approve cancellation and process a refund according to the Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation After Shipping or Delivery
If the order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be available. The customer may request a return or refund according to the Refund Policy and product condition.
Delivery costs, return shipping, customs, or handling charges may apply where permitted and clearly communicated.
4. Merchant Cancellation
We may cancel an order if payment is not confirmed, the product is unavailable, delivery information is incomplete, suspected fraud is detected, or there is a pricing or product information error.
If the merchant cancels a paid order, the customer will be offered a replacement, store credit, or refund according to the Refund Policy.
5. Account Deactivation
Customers who wish to deactivate their account may go to Settings, then Deactivate Account, and enter their current password to confirm the request.
Account deactivation stops access to the customer account and prevents new purchases until the account is reactivated through support.
Any paid amount, reservation fee, deposit, or similar confirmed payment already applied to an order is non-refundable unless required by law or due to company error.
If the customer has active paid orders, shipments in progress, or goods scheduled for delivery, our team may contact the customer to coordinate the order status, delivery completion, or any necessary follow-up before or after account deactivation.
