The available method depends on the customer country, city, product size, destination, shipping restrictions, and order availability.
3. Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery timing will be shown on the website, invoice, or communicated by customer support after order confirmation.
Delivery time depends on country, city, stock availability, supplier lead time, customs, public holidays, weather, address accuracy, and courier performance.
Delivery within the same country, for products already available in that country, may take from the same day up to 3 business days.
Delivery outside the country is arranged through a conversation with our messaging center and coordinated according to the available delivery method.
Pre-order items may be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the status of the incoming shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change if product availability or logistics conditions change.
4. Packing and Dispatch Schedule
Order packing and dispatch activity is usually handled on working days between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM local business time.
If the customer places an order during these working hours and payment is confirmed in time, packing and initial dispatch processing may begin on the same day.
Regular working and dispatch days generally exclude Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and special public or seasonal occasions.
