2. Payment Fees
Displayed product prices may not include any separate service charge or payment processing fee that could be added by the payment gateway, including MyFatoorah, at the final payment page.
Any additional gateway fee or service charge will be shown by the payment gateway before the customer completes payment.
3. Secure Processing
Payment details are handled through a secure channel provided or approved by our team.
We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our website.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
A payment link remains available for up to 6 hours from the time the order is created. After that period, the customer must place a new order by adding the required items to the cart again and proceeding through checkout.
